Exchange Policy

• Exchange or return requests are allowed within 3 days upon you received your stuff.

• To be eligible for exchange or return, the item must be in its original condition (unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered) with the tag intact.

• We do not provide refunds, if your wishes size/color is out of stock. We only provide exchange in store credits. The store credits will have a validity of 3 months.

• Customers must bear the postage for exchange or return.

 How to exchange

Step 1:Email us to mainer_official@hotmail.com or Dm us at Instagram/Facebook

( Mainer Official ) with your order number and let us know the size/colors you wish to exchange within 3 days, please await our confirmation before proceeding.

Step 2: After we confirmed the exchange, please pack the item and order receipt in an appropriate packaging to prevent it from being stained/damaged during transit.

Step 3: Send out the parcel via a nearest post office for assistance. Then inform us the parcels tracking number.

Step 4 : We will check that the items are in their original packaging and condition before accepting the exchange.

Step 5 : After we receive and checked the items, please allow 2-3 business days for us to send out your size or color are available to exchange.
